Rotary electronic fillers PEWAL

Automatic rotary machines designed for filling of bottles and jerry cans with dosing of filled volume measured by electronic flowmeters for volumes 0,05 to 10 l. We offer the machines in execution for cold filling, hot filling (hotfill) and for bottling of carbonated beverages. Fully automated control, high accuracy of filled dose measurement, simple operation and high quality design and workmanship ensure high efficiency of operation of these machines.

PEWAL are rotary filling machines designed for filling of liquid products into bottles and jerry cans with volumes 0,05−10 l. They can be used for filling of foodstuff products like spirits, juices, syrups, edible oil, vinegar, dairy products etc., as well as for filling of cosmetic or chemical products like shampoos, personal care products, cleaning products, antifreeze mixtures, brake fluids, oils, fertilizers etc. Further on machines from series PEWAL can be used for hotfilling as well as for filling of carbonated beverages like beer, carbonated water or other types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic carbonated beverages. Fully automated control, high accuracy of filled dose measurement, simple operation and high quality design and workmanship ensure high efficiency of operation of these machines. The machines are manufactured for outputs of 1000 – 20000 bottles/h. The design and technological processing of individual parts meet the requirements of demanding hygienic standards.


Machine design

meets demands on high filling accuracy, easy and quick change to a different container size, quick change to a different product, long service life and machine reliability. Machines are equipped either with inductive or with mass flowmeters according to the character of the filled product. Mass flowmeters are used for liquids with low conductivity, or in cases where the requested parameter is the weight of the product in the bottle.


The right filling system is considered from the very beginning of machine construction. Based on the character of the product a corresponding filling system is chosen. It is either a filling system for filling from the bottle mouth (i.e. without filling valves diving into the bottle mouth), or a filling system based on diving valves (here the options are to fill above surface, on surface or under surface).



Design and technology of machine execution meets the criteria of demanding hygienic standards for cleaning. Filling system is prepared to be connected to a closed CIP circle. The flushing of the tank and filling valves is ensured by removable CIP cups, through which the cleaning medium is led to the accumulation tank and from there to the CIP return pipe by a pump. The design of the filling valve allows easy and quick disassembly for visual inspection.


Machine execution allows easy and intuitive control on a colour touchscreen display incl. the possibility to set and store parameters for different products and container sizes. For integration into a higher control system used in the customer´s plant, the machine can be equipped with an appropriate level of automation, including remote diagnosis of possible error messages and faults.


Machine execution

Fillers are produced either as individual machines or in a synchronised block with other equipment in following options: filler + capper, rinser + filler + capper (for different types of closures – press-on, plastic screw, ROPP aluminium, twist-off or as a combination of two or more closure types etc.).
Machine can be delivered in CLEAN ROOM execution for filling of sensitive products. The scope of delivery can include additional equipment like preparation of sterile air, preparation of rinsing medium for bottles and closures, automatic system for spraying and foaming of external parts of the filling system inside the clean room of the filler.

Individual solution

We deal with special customer requirements on machine design like filling of flammable liquids including acquirement of necessary certificates (ATEX), filling of aggressive liquids, filling into bottles with inclined bottle mouth etc. Please contact our company representatives with your requirements.
