Water filler with clean room and other peripherals

The Austrian spring water producer Wildalpen Wasserverwertungs GmbH bottles natural, uncarbonated spring water from the unspoilt nature of the Styrian Alps, which it exports not only within Europe but also overseas. In order to preserve its unique properties even during transport to such remote destinations, this water is bottled under strict hygienic conditions.

PVN 24/24/8

Wildalpen Wasserverwertungs GmbH uses our triblock PVN 24/24/8 to bottle their unique water. The filling system of this machine is our advanced gravity system using low vacuum to ensure precise product levels in the bottles, even for products that may foam during the filling process. The capper features a pick-and-place system as well as interchangeable parts for capping both flat screw caps and sportcaps.

Bottling under strict hygienic conditions

To maintain the unique properties and microbiological stability of the bottled water, the filler is equipped with a number of additional equipment. This includes:

clean room with HEPA filters
roof-shaped machine table for maximum liquid drainage from the product filling area
two-stage rinsing of bottles including automatic preparation of the rinsing medium
external surface cleaning system (COP) consisting of washing medium distribution, fixed and rotary nozzles and control programme in the machine PLC
UV lamps to treat both types of closures
closed-circle cleaning (CIP) is a standard feature on all ALTEC fillers in this case complemented with the possibility of cleaning the rinser
