The company Virmar, based in Buzau, is another of our Romanian customers involved in the production and bottling of vinegar. It sells its products under its own brand and partly as private labels of multinational retail chains.
The filling system on this machine is our advanced gravity system using low vacuum to ensure precise product levels in bottles, even for products that may foam during the filling process. Vinegar filling is exactly the case where this feature plays a key role. Filled bottles are capped with plastic screw caps fed into the capping heads by a pick-and-place system. Our delivery also includes a caps sorter TZP.
