Filler and conveyors for bottling syrups, juices and fruit wine into PET bottles

LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. uses a number of our machines in its plant for filling and capping as well as for labelling its products. The latest in the series of these machines is our triblock PVN 40/40/8 for filling of non-carbonated beverages into PET bottles, complete with air and plate conveyors for connecting the machine to the line, including their control.

PVN 40/40/8

This machine replaced another of our fillers delivered in 2007. After fifteen years of service, when on average it worked at least two shifts a day, this machine was replaced by a new one.

Compared to its predecessor, the new machine is equipped with a number of additional features, especially for a higher level of bottling hygiene and easier maintenance (e.g. a central lubrication system controlled from the machine’s PLC). The filling system is our advanced gravity system PVN using low vacuum to ensure precise product levels in the bottles, even for products that may foam during the filling process. The capper is equipped with a pick-and-place system and a caps sorter serie TZP.

Bottling under strict hygienic conditions

For a higher level of hygienic bottling conditions, the filler is equipped with a number of additional peripherals. These include in particular:

clean room with HEPA filters
roof-shaped machine table for maximum liquid drainage from the product filling area
dosing of liquid nitrogen into the neck of the bottle before capping
external surface cleaning system (COP) consisting of cleaning medium distribution, fixed and rotary nozzles and control programme in the machine PLC
treatment of caps with UV lamp and disinfectant
closed-circle cleaning (CIP) is a standard feature on all ALTEC fillers in this case supplemented by the possibility of sanitation of the rinser in the circuit together with the filling system
