The company LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. is one of the biggest producers of fruit juices and beverages, fruit wines, baby food and syrups in the Czech Republic. It uses a number of our machines for filling and capping as well as for labelling its products. One of these machines is our filler designed for filling baby food.
The filling system on this machine is our advanced gravity system using low vacuum to ensure precise product levels in bottles, even for products that may foam during the filling process. Filled jars are capped in a separate twist-off capper and then a wraparound paper label is applied on them in our ALBELA labeller using a hot melt system.
