Monoblock for bottling of alcoholic beverages and liqueurs into glass bottles

The history of Fruko-Schulz goes back more than 100 years. The company was founded in 1898 in the town of Jindrichuv Hradec in the south of Bohemia and today it is one of the largest producers of alcoholic beverages in the Czech Republic. One of the company’s main products is Jindrichohradecky Tuzemak, which is affectionately called “Sailing Ship Rum” by consumers with a bit of nostalgia. Its popularity is also evidenced by the fact that its lovers can have it bottled in their own containers at the neighbouring petrol station, which offers this unique complementary product in addition to classic car fuels.

PVN 32/8

The PVN 32/8 monoblock fills bottles with various alcoholic beverages and liqueurs and closes them with ROPP aluminium screw caps. The filling system of this machine is our PVN series filling system. This advanced gravity filling system, by using a low vacuum in the bottle during bottling, ensures very precise levels of product in the bottle even for foamy beverages, which will find application in many of the products bottled here, including Jindrichohradecky Tuzemak. And it is this unique feature of our filling system and the long-term satisfaction with our machines and service that has led Fruko-Schulz to purchase three fillers from us.
