Triblock for bottling spring water and non-carbonated soft drinks into 5.0L PET bottles

Company Fontea a.s. was founded in 1991 and manufactures its complete portfolio in Veseli nad Luznici. Its product range includes a wide range of beverages from AquaBella spring waters through flavoured beverages (with lower sugar content and artificial sweeteners) to beverages with classic strong taste and sweetness. The company is one of the largest producers of soft drinks in the Czech Republic.

The triblock PETAL 18/18/6 has been designed for filling 5.0L PET bottles with spring water and non-carbonated soft drinks, which can cause excessive foaming during filling. Thanks to our advanced PVN gravity filling system, which takes advantage of the low vacuum in the bottle during bottling, very precise product levels are ensured even for these beverages. The machine’s versatile neckhandling design allows for easy and quick changeover to other bottle volumes. Our delivery also included a device used to turn rectangular bottles 90 degrees for further processing on the filling line.
