Automatic bottling line for chemical products for plant care

S.C. ECOPLANT S.R.L., based in Craiova, Romania, is one of the main distributors of professional vegetable and large crop seeds, fertilizers, biostimulants, pesticides, plant protection products and other products aimed at obtaining complete crop protection and a richer harvest of higher quality. The company uses ALTEC machines in its production plant. The first machines were ULA 1 PPK cappers, which were gradually complemented by our linear fillers as well.

The filling system of this linear filler is our electronic system using mass flow meters for accurate determination of the filled volume. The machine fills plastic bottles with a volume of 100 – 1000 ml, which are then capped in the ULA 1 PPK capper with plastic screw caps.
