Automatic line for bottling car cosmetics and brake fluid

The basic production program of AGRIMEX spol. s r.o. has been from the beginning the production of antifreeze for the automotive industry, which has been gradually expanded to include other products from the field of car chemistry and car cosmetics such as brake, glass and engine cleaners, insect removers, brake fluid, distilled water, etc. For the bottling of these products we have successively supplied AGRIMEX with 3 complete bottling lines.

The filling system of this linear filler is our electronic system using mass flow meters for precise determination of the filled volume. The machine fills plastic bottles with a volume of 500 – 1000 ml, which are then sealed in the ULA 1 PP capper with plastic screw caps. Due to the nature of the bottled products, the filler and the capper are supplied in ATEX execution.

Automatic linear filler PLF 6 with electronic filling system using flow meters in ATEX execution, capping machine ULA 1 PP in ATEX execution, caps sorter TZP, conveyors, labelling machine, shrinkwrapper.
