Caps sorter SORTEC for two types of caps

Caps sorers series SORTEC are mainly used to sort shaped caps. Currently we have completed the testing of the SORTEC 600 device designed for sorting of two types of aluminium caps. These are 30×60 and 28×15 type ROPP caps. The capacity of the new equipment is up to 10,000 caps per hour.

The sorting device itself can be placed on a standalone rack located near the capping machine. Or, as in this case, it will be placed on the enclosure of the filling and capping block. In either case, the machine must be thoroughly tested for functionality before delivery. To simulate the operating conditions, we had to help ourselves and place the sorting drum on a platform made from stowed pallets.
