Triblock PVN 40/40/8 for company Linea Nivnice
We are dispatching the sixth filler for Linea Nivnice
At the beginning of this week we dispatched the PVN 40/40/8 triblock for filling non-carbonated beverages into PET bottles. This machine will replace another of our fillers delivered in 2007. After fifteen years of service, when it worked on average at least two shifts a day, it will take a well-deserved retirement. Compared to its predecessor, the new machine is equipped with a number of accessories, especially for a higher level of bottling hygiene (clean room, automatic COP system, roof-shaped machine table, etc.).
Minimal line downtime during filler replacement
In close cooperation with the customer, the machine replacement project is designed in such a way that the existing filler will be in operation until the last day of installation of the new machine, which will then be connected to the new air and plate conveyors also manufactured and supplied by our company.
