Complete filling line for condiments for SPAK Foods s.r.o.

SPAK Foods s.r.o. is a traditional Czech manufacturer of high-quality condiments, especially ketchups, with production based on family traditions dating back to 1935. The company is located in the town of Sušice and operates modern storage and production facilities. It is the main production plant of the Austrian manufacturer Peter Spak GmbH, Gallbrunn.

Thanks to the careful selection of the best raw materials from European suppliers, modern processing, consistent care at every step of the production process, and constant and strict quality control of the final products, Spak products often receive the highest ratings in independent consumer tests.

VISCAL 16/6

The filling line consists of an empty bottle unscrambler, a VISCAL 16/6 piston filler, a labeller, a shrinkwrapper and bottle conveyors, including bottle accumulation with a pressureless aligning table. The labeller and packaging machine were integrated by the customer.

The heart of the line is our monoblock piston filler VISCAL 16/6 with 16 filling positions and a capper with 6 capping heads. The piston filler is of modern design with the possibility of CIP cleaning in the circuit, high filling accuracy, filling from the bottom of the bottle to prevent the forming of air bubbles in the product. The ULA 6 capper has 6 capping heads with mechanically controlled grippers and magnetic clutch for torque adjustment. The delivery includes machine control based on accumulation of bottles on conveyors.

Project summary

Line for filling ketchup, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, and mustard into plastic bottles with a focus on filling hygiene, high cleanability of the filling system, and high efficiency of the entire line’s operation.
