Filling machine for bottling carbonated soft drinks and water into PET bottles

The brewery Neumarkter Glossnerbräu KG is an example of a real family company. The history of this brewery began in 1574 and is now run by the 14th generation of descendants of the original founders. In addition to beer production, like other German breweries, it is also involved in the production and bottling of soft drinks and carbonated and still water in glass and PET bottles. It was during the project of modernization of the PET line when the brewery approached us with their inquiry.

PP 24/8

Monoblock PP 24/8 is an automatic machine consisting of a filler and a capper. The filling system of this machine is a mechanical level overpressure system with a short air vent tube. For operational reasons, beverages are bottled at ambient temperature. An advanced pressure and level control system in the filler bowl together with a beverage inlet station equipped with a proportional valve ensure smooth operation of the machine without excessive fobbing. The capper is equipped with 8 capping heads and a pick-and-place cap feeding system. A small automatic CIP station with two tanks controlled from the filler control system is also included.
